What you will do

• Independently perform, process, and report laboratory analyses accurately according to authorized work rules.
• Review personal work methods and analytical results using first-line quality controls.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments, escalating unresolved faults to the Laboratory Manager or delegate.
• Process QC samples, assess results using QC software, and submit results to LIMS for first-line validation.
• Perform first-line validation of analyses within the scope of competence and report reagent and consumable requirements.
• Support sample management and maintain workplace order, safety, documentation, training records, and SOP compliance.

Requirements

• B.Sc. degree or equivalent in Biomedical Sciences.
• 1–2 years of experience in a clinical or central laboratory.
• Good knowledge of Laboratory Medicine.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to comply with laboratory quality procedures, SOPs, and safety requirements.
