Senior Data Analyst (Retail)

What you will do

• Analyze retail technology initiatives including self-service checkout, in-store systems, and customer flows.
• Translate complex data into insights and actionable recommendations for product teams and business stakeholders.
• Partner with product managers, product owners, and business stakeholders to guide data-driven decisions.
• Lead end-to-end analyses from business-needs discovery and data exploration through storytelling and conclusions.
• Help develop and mature the analytics function across Retail Tech.

Requirements

• Applicable work experience or a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Solid data-analysis experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL and either Python or R.
• Ability to combine data from multiple sources and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Ability to turn analysis into insights that influence decisions rather than only reporting results.
• Comfort working independently in evolving and less structured environments while collaborating with product and business partners.
