TL;DR
Senior Data Analyst (Robotics): Building analytical logic and decision-making tools for autonomous robot delivery operations with an accent on commercial expansion, unit economics, and operational performance. Focus on finding root causes behind business trends, combining telemetry and business datasets, and designing reusable dashboards and metrics that guide scaling and process improvements.
Location: Helsinki, Finland; fully remote or from the hub in Espoo, depending on preference.

What you will do
- Investigate root causes behind commercial trends, such as changes in order conversion and delivery performance.
- Support market expansion decisions by evaluating costs, drivability, routing efficiency, demographics, and store popularity.
- Build dynamic analytical tools, including partner dossiers, that help Commercial leaders negotiate and make decisions using evidence.
- Partner with Field Operations to frame recurring problems, define measurable targets, and evaluate whether improvements work.
- Identify high-impact opportunities across partner satisfaction, customer experience, delivery costs, and revenue per robot.
- Work with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Product, and senior leadership to turn analysis into business decisions.
Requirements
- Solid experience in business, growth, product, BI, or data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets.
- Ability to take complex topics from an initial idea through planning, execution, and clear presentation.
- Pragmatic judgment about when to use spreadsheets, dashboards, pipelines, or machine learning models.
- Strong communication skills with technical teams, commercial stakeholders, operations, and senior management.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with dbt, Databricks, Python, or R.
- Experience with semantic or metric layers.
