Specialties Installer (Construction)

Location: Arvada, Colorado, United States; onsite

Salary: $33.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Install bathroom accessories, partitions, wall protection, fire extinguisher cabinets, mailboxes, visual display boards, window shades, and selected furnishings.
• Coordinate and lead field installation work while performing installations directly.
• Load, unload, secure, and manage project materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
• Read work orders, building plans, and dimensioned installation drawings to complete installations.
• Coach, mentor, and train specialties project craft personnel and Assistant Installation Technicians.
• Support estimating and pre-construction activities, productivity tracking, site logistics, QA/QC, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• At least two years of carpentry and/or construction experience.
• Ability to read and understand detailed, dimensioned installation drawings and building plans.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
• Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, lead crews, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic knowledge of ADA specifications and commitment to safety and quality compliance.
