Machine Millwright (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, United States. Second-shift schedule.

Salary: $37.25–$44.60 per hour

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex industrial equipment used in golf ball manufacturing.
• Diagnose and service mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and modify equipment and systems to improve reliability.
• Support continuous improvement and production excellence through hands-on technical work.
• Fabricate components and collaborate with the manufacturing team on equipment-related issues.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of industrial equipment repair experience.
• Strong technical background and own trade-related tools.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical production equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Trade school diploma.
