Application Team Leader

Location: Koropi, Greece. Full-time, onsite role with required travel for IT projects.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of application developers, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of business applications.
• Collaborate with project management, product owners, and stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Establish coding standards, development processes, and team best practices.
• Manage delivery scope, timelines, budgets, resources, allocation, and capacity.
• Conduct performance evaluations, identify development needs, and integrate relevant new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of software development experience and leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, software development life cycle, and project management.
• Very good written and spoken English is required.
• Availability for required travel on IT projects and work in Koropi, Greece.
