M&A Internship (January 2027)

What you will do

• Support the origination and execution of sell-side, buy-side, merger, and leveraged buyout transactions.
• Prepare client presentations and information memoranda.
• Conduct industry research, including target company, market, and competitive analysis.
• Perform sector analysis and company valuations using discounted cash flow and multiples methodologies.
• Contribute to transaction execution activities.

Requirements

• Current studies at a business or engineering school with an interest in an Investment Banking internship.
• Previous exposure to Investment Banking, Audit, Transaction Services, or Private Equity is useful but not required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and company valuation methods.
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfort with relevant IT tools and the ability to present ideas aligned with client development strategies.
