Location: New York, New York; hybrid work

Salary: $28.85–$36.06 per hour

What you will do

  • Review statements of work, amendments, and renewals.
  • Prepare pre-signature contract comparisons and flag discrepancies.
  • Manage DocuSign envelopes from creation through completion.
  • Handle legal operations tasks and manage and close contract management tickets.
  • Support small legal research projects for the in-house Legal team.

Requirements

  • Recent JD graduate with bar results pending or not yet admitted.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable when handling confidential and time-sensitive processes.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, contract management tools, and DocuSign.
