Treasury Analyst (Liquidity Regulatory Reporting)

Location: Westlake, Texas, United States. Hybrid work with regular in-person collaboration.

Salary: USD $85,500–$150,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Develop business requirements and process documentation for liquidity regulatory reporting enhancements.
• Analyze and validate LCR, NSFR, and FR2052a reports for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Support daily regulatory submissions, UAT validation, defect identification, and resolution of data discrepancies.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, analytical models, and automation solutions for complex datasets.
• Assess regulatory changes, perform gap analysis, and support implementation planning.
• Present findings and recommendations while coordinating with technology partners, product owners, and liquidity reporting leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of related experience in a financial organization.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, documentation, communication, and problem-resolution skills.
• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting, particularly banking and broker-dealer environments.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, including work with large datasets and complex queries.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and maintain accuracy in a regulatory environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulatory reporting, including FR2052a, LCR, or NSFR.
• Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, or AxiomSL ControllerView.
