Experienced Automotive Technician / Mechanic (Automotive)

Location: Onsite at 5721 New Abbey Ln, Castle Rock, Colorado, or 9852 Zenith Meridian Dr, Englewood, Colorado, United States

Salary: USD 40–55 per hour, based on experience and ASE certifications

What you will do

• Diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles using automotive knowledge and technical skills.
• Complete accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Troubleshoot guest concerns with other technicians and the service department.
• Communicate vehicle concerns clearly and help meet deadlines and hourly goals.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Continue developing automotive repair skills across a wide range of makes and models.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Ability to flag 50+ hours per week and meet or exceed hourly goals.
• ASE certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Strong communication, professional appearance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift or move over 100 pounds occasionally, work in tight spaces and overhead positions, stand or walk for most of the workday, drive manual-transmission vehicles, and use automotive tools and computers.
