Mental Health Group Facilitator - PA

Location: Remote, Pennsylvania; weekday availability from 3–8pm MT Monday to Thursday and Saturdays is required.

What you will do

• Facilitate assigned virtual therapy groups for the full scheduled session using current hirify.global curricula and best practices.
• Support groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour.
• Foster client engagement, participation, group cohesion, and a camera-on culture during telehealth sessions.
• Collaborate with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists, Care Coaches, supervisors, peers, and clinical leadership.
• Participate in weekly Treatment Team meetings, biweekly Group Supervision, and monthly quality check-ins.
• Complete treatment documentation within 24 hours and follow agency, professional, DHCS, and Joint Commission standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in mental health or a related eligible field is required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults and facilitating group treatment.
• Knowledge of multiple treatment modalities and confidence integrating them into a clinical approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team and communicate professionally with clients, families, agencies, and colleagues.
• Technical ability to conduct telehealth sessions, including reliable Wi-Fi and daily use of cloud-based communication, EMR, and outcomes software.
• Part-time 1099 contractor role; availability during the specified weekday evening and Saturday hours is required.

Nice to have

• DBT, CBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing experience; MI certification is a plus.
• Creative and engaging approach to conducting sessions over video.
