Mental Health Group Facilitator - FL

What you will do

• Facilitate virtual therapy and wellness groups for adolescent and young adult clients using the assigned hirify.global curriculum.
• Support engagement, group cohesion, participation, and a camera-on culture throughout each session.
• Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour as needed.
• Collaborate with primary therapists, care experience specialists, care coaches, supervisors, directors, families, agencies, and referents.
• Complete treatment notes within 24 hours and maintain documentation in accordance with agency, DHCS, and Joint Commission standards.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, group supervision, onboarding, required check-ins, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Must be available for late-afternoon and evening sessions from 3–8pm MT, Monday through Thursday, and on Saturdays.
• Master’s degree in mental health or a related eligible field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults and facilitating group treatment.
• Knowledge of multiple treatment modalities and confidence integrating them into clinical practice.
• Ability to work effectively across a care team and communicate professionally with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents.
• Technical ability to conduct telehealth sessions, reliable Wi-Fi, and willingness to use Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and outcomes survey software.
