Cadet Pilot Programme (Aviation)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Full-time, onsite cadet pilot programme for UAE Nationals.

Salary: AED 5,000 per month during the first two years of training; AED 16,667 plus variable allowances after the License Skill Test; AED 24,000 plus variable allowances after supervised line training, with step increments capped at AED 34,000 per month; AED 39,853 per month after obtaining the Airline Transport Pilot License and promotion to Senior First Officer.

What you will do

• Complete a structured two-year training programme to obtain the required flight qualifications.
• Participate in ground school in the UAE and overseas, flight simulations, and practical flying training.
• Learn and follow aviation safety protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Work with experienced instructor pilots through mentoring and practical training.
• Complete the required flying hours, supervised line training, and licensing milestones toward an Airline Transport Pilot License.

Requirements

• UAE Nationality is required.
• Age 18–29 and minimum height of 160 cm.
• High school diploma with an overall minimum grade of 80%, including passing grades in Mathematics and Physics, or a higher education qualification.
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or an EmSAT English score of 1250 is required.
• Male applicants must have completed or hold a permanent exemption from UAE National Service at the time of application.
• Passion for aviation, commitment to continuous learning, and strong written and spoken English.
