SAP FSM Expert (SAP Field Service Management): Leading full life cycle SAP FSM implementation projects, from blueprint workshops and solution configuration to integration and post-go-live support, with an accent on field service digitalization, operational efficiency, and sustainability. Focus on gathering business requirements, integrating SAP FSM with SAP systems, supporting presales activities, and mentoring junior consultants.
Location: Zaventem, Belgium; work is primarily performed at client offices.

What you will do
- Lead full life cycle SAP Field Service Management implementation projects.
- Shape project strategies and business requirements during blueprint workshops.
- Configure and integrate SAP FSM solutions with client systems and infrastructure.
- Provide post-go-live support and help optimize field service operations.
- Contribute to internal SAP FSM expertise and collaborate with SAP on presales activities.
- Mentor junior consultants and support client relationships.
Requirements
- At least one completed SAP FSM implementation project.
- 5–7 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
- Familiarity with SAP PM, CS, SD, MM, and/or S/4HANA Service modules.
- Knowledge of Proaxia FSM Integration, SAP IDoc, user exits, BAdI implementation, ABAP, web services, HTML, JavaScript, relational databases, and SQL.
- Professional proficiency in English and French is required.
- Consulting, communication, business requirements gathering, customer orientation, and general IT skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Dutch.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management or SAP CRM.
