Salary: Up to $140,000 per year under salary-based pay plans.

What you will do

• Diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles across a wide range of makes and models.
• Complete accurate, honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Apply automotive knowledge and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate vehicle concerns effectively with the service department.

Requirements

• Experience as an automotive technician, with a motivated and positive attitude.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Aptitude for learning additional automotive skills and processes.
• ASE certification preferred, or a plan to achieve certification.
• Desire for long-term career development and commitment to serving guests.

Nice to have

• Oscilloscope experience.
• ASE certifications.
