Senior Systems Engineer - Applied AI Platforms (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, KNIME, and Alteryx): Administering and operating enterprise AI and analytics platforms with an accent on identity management, platform security, integrations, and service availability. Focus on troubleshooting escalated incidents, automating recurring operations, supporting upgrades, and maintaining reliable follow-the-sun platform coverage.
Location: Bangalore, India — Cherry Hills; full-time onsite role

What you will do
- Administer, engineer, monitor, upgrade, and troubleshoot ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise platforms.
- Configure and support KNIME Server/Business Hub and Alteryx Server environments, including platform settings, licensing, releases, and testing.
- Manage Entra ID/SCIM user provisioning, role-based access controls, SSO, MFA, security groups, and access reviews.
- Configure OpenAI and Claude APIs and MCP-based integrations with enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Investigate escalated incidents involving identity, infrastructure, integrations, APIs, performance, configuration, and service availability; perform root cause analysis and implement preventative improvements.
- Maintain automation, SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and technical documentation while coordinating with vendors, product management, and the US Senior Systems Engineer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of systems engineering or platform administration experience.
- Experience administering enterprise SaaS and enterprise platforms, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise.
- Working knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD, SSO, SCIM, MFA, OpenAI APIs, and Claude APIs.
- Strong understanding of KNIME and/or Alteryx Server/Business Hub, along with strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps; PowerShell and Python automation experience.

- Relevant Microsoft Azure, AWS, or platform certifications.
