Smart Automations Platform Engineer (Automation)

Location: Hyderabad office, APAC PSC GDOP, India

What you will do

• Enhance end-to-end service delivery for critical business processes across regional and global operations.
• Engineer and maintain automation platforms using Blue Prism, Knime, Retool, and Azure services.
• Establish GitOps practices and improve the resiliency and security of automation technologies.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot deployment and configuration issues, and validate platform enhancements.
• Apply ITIL and SRE best practices to optimize platform management and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams on requirements, documentation, vendors, service levels, and platform projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in platform engineering, automation, or a related role.
• Familiarity with at least one of Blue Prism, Knime, or Retool.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL and SRE methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
