What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles.
• Execute dispatched repair orders and conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and quality-control checks.

• Maintain shop cleanliness, inventory, safety, environmental standards, and efficient operations.
• Communicate with service advisors and parts department personnel.
• Attend company and Ford certification training, staff meetings, and educational classes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience.
• Broad automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, dependable, safety-oriented, and able to use basic computer and internet tools.

Nice to have

• Ford certifications.
• At least one year of dealer-level or large-facility experience.
