Intern, Performance Analyst

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze business KPIs across functions to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain automated Google Sheets dashboards and reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
• Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and clean data for ad-hoc analytics.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand analytical needs and support projects.
• Perform root-cause analysis of performance variances, risks, and anomalies.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows using Python or other programming languages.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of database structures, data modeling, and data pipelines.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and interest in root-cause analysis, variance tracking, and business insights.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate, learn proactively, and manage project deadlines.
