Digital Analytics Manager (m/f/d) - Maternity Cover (E-commerce)

Location: Cologne, Germany; attendance at the Cologne office at least once a week is required. Remote work may be arranged for up to 20 days per year anywhere in the EU.

What you will do

• Monitor KPIs across webshops and apps and use server-side tracking to maintain data quality.
• Define, implement, and refine analytics frameworks with product and marketing stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end tracking setups in Google Tag Manager, including server-side tagging.
• Develop custom dashboards and reports with Econda Analytics and Looker Studio.
• Integrate and maintain MarTech tools while improving cross-device, cross-channel, and customer journey performance.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops on complex datasets and analytics tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital analytics and comprehensive knowledge of platforms such as GA4 and Econda.
• Hands-on experience with server-side tracking and advanced tagging.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cookie policies, GDPR, and their impact on analytics strategies.
• Willingness and ability to meet colleagues in the Cologne office at least once a week.

Nice to have

• SQL and/or Python skills for complex data manipulation.
