Designer (Casual Jersey)

What you will do

• Support the Senior Designer and Head of Design throughout the design process, from concepts, mood boards, and colour palettes to final product sign-off.
• Develop casual jersey collections covering elevated basics, sweats, washes, graphics, licensing, fabrics, trims, and fit.
• Research street style, runway shows, social media, competitors, and cultural shifts to identify emerging trends.
• Translate trends from other categories, such as denim, into jersey products.
• Collaborate with buyers, merchandisers, and garment technologists to deliver products at the required quality and pace.
• Present concepts and ranges to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience designing jersey products.
• Experience working in a jersey-based department or brand, with knowledge of jersey fabrications and garment construction.
• Strong understanding of fabric sourcing, wash development, techniques, trims, and fit.
• Experience creating graphic collections and balancing creative design with commercial product requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt when trends change.
• High proficiency in Procreate, Photoshop, and current AI digital design tools.

• Experience with licensed product development.
