What you will do

• Create visual assets for social media, advertising campaigns, presentations, and other communication materials.
• Develop creative concepts and adapt designs for different formats and platforms.
• Use AI tools to generate images and videos, explore concepts, create variations, and streamline creative workflows.
• Refine AI-generated materials in graphic editors by correcting artifacts and improving composition, color, typography, and other visual details.
• Maintain consistent visual identity across materials by following brand guidelines.
• Design exhibition stands, conference booth visuals, and branded merchandise in collaboration with marketing, content, and project teams.

Requirements

• Confident knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Hands-on experience with Midjourney, Weavy, Stable Diffusion, Runway, or Higgsfield.
• Understanding of prompt writing, reference images, and methods for achieving stylistically consistent AI-generated results.
• Ability to distinguish visually impressive AI-generated content from high-quality, production-ready design.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
