Automotive Technician / Mechanic | Weekends Off | Gallatin

Location: 1300 Clear Lake Meadows Blvd, Gallatin, Tennessee, United States. Onsite, full-time position with weekends closed.

What you will do

• Diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Build experience across a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• Work with technicians and the service department to troubleshoot guest concerns and meet deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate repair concerns effectively and deliver quality results.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, strong communication, and a desire to serve guests.
• Ability to meet or exceed hourly goals and learn additional skills and processes.
• Ability to lift or move over 100 pounds occasionally, work in tight spaces, use hand tools efficiently, and stand or walk for most of the workday.
• Ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles and navigate a computer.

• ASE certifications or a plan to achieve them.
