What you will do

• Source and structure debt financing for global infrastructure acquisitions and investments.
• Analyze, select, and implement optimal capital structures for new investments and portfolio companies.
• Manage the structuring, negotiation, syndication, and documentation of financing transactions.
• Prepare credit rating materials, syndication materials, sales-force materials, and internal credit documentation.
• Maintain relationships with banks, lenders, investors, rating agencies, law firms, and other external advisors.
• Develop financing initiatives and risk management strategies covering foreign exchange and interest rate exposure.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience primarily in investment banking, debt advisory, capital markets, private credit, direct lending, or a similar field.
• Direct experience originating, structuring, and executing infrastructure-sector debt transactions.
• Experience managing financing and syndication processes.
• Strong analytical, strategic, organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, meet timelines, work under pressure, and collaborate with senior management.
• Team-oriented approach with a commitment to shared success.
