Senior Legal Counsel, Antitrust & Competition

What you will do

• Advise on competition law matters arising from hirify.global’s APAC operations, including antitrust investigations and commercial agreements across 10 jurisdictions.
• Design, implement, and improve the global competition law compliance program for APAC markets.
• Advise regional and local leadership on strategic initiatives, competition risks, and regulatory investigations.
• Provide guidance on merchant parity and exclusivity clauses, loyalty programs, dynamic pricing, and the gig-economy competition nexus.
• Lead regulatory engagements and investigations, including dawn-raid readiness and response protocols.
• Develop and deliver competition law training for stakeholders worldwide.

Requirements

• 5+ years of post-qualified experience in competition or antitrust law.
• Strong understanding of antitrust regimes across APAC and evolving digital economy regulations.
• Strong knowledge of two-sided markets, platform economics, network effects, data access, and market power.
• Ability to balance legal risk management with the commercial goals of a high-growth technology business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Qualification to practise in Singapore is preferred; experience with technology-driven or platform businesses is advantageous.
