Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; flexible remote work is possible, but in-person presence is required from time to time

What you will do
- Define, operate, and continuously develop the business continuity management system for IT services.
- Lead business impact analyses, risk assessments, continuity planning, and IT disaster recovery planning.
- Develop, maintain, test, and improve business continuity and disaster recovery policies, plans, and procedures.
- Plan and evaluate exercises, drills, technical recovery tests, audits, and self-assessments.
- Coordinate response and recovery activities during disruption events with crisis and emergency management teams.
- Advise management, IT managers, service owners, infrastructure owners, and business units on continuity requirements.
Requirements
- Experience or professional background in IT business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, or information security.
- Ability to conduct business impact analyses, risk assessments, and continuity documentation.
- Ability to coordinate technical recovery testing and maintain recovery materials and war room processes.
- Capability to work with senior management, business units, IT teams, external emergency response partners, and service providers.
- Understanding of applicable laws, standards, and best practices related to business continuity management.
