What you will do

• Prepare and cook fresh, quality menu items in a modern food truck kitchen.
• Deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining food quality and presentation standards.
• Support daily food preparation, stock management, and kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Work with the Food & Beverage team to create positive guest experiences.
• Contribute ideas and energy to a collaborative kitchen team.

Requirements

• Previous Chef de Partie experience or strong experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Passion for quality food and consistent preparation.
• Ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient during busy service periods.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Team-first attitude and confidence multitasking in a compact kitchen.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods.
