Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst

What you will do

• Support compliance review activities across multiple jurisdictions and strengthen governance frameworks.
• Maintain and enhance compliance frameworks in partnership with Risk and Compliance colleagues.
• Review policies, procedures, and operational activities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and present information for reporting, decision-making, and business objectives.
• Prepare reports, management information, and updates with meaningful business insights.
• Support risk and compliance projects that improve operational effectiveness, governance practices, and client outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance, risk, regulatory, or financial services environments.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks, financial crime prevention, and regulatory expectations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret information and provide meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for collaboration across jurisdictions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate activities and maintain high-quality outputs.
