Associate, Vendor Onboarding

Location: Yangon, Myanmar; the role includes on-site or office-based vendor training.

What you will do

• Configure and deploy tablets with local SIM cards for vendors.
• Communicate with vendors and provide training on-site or at the office.
• Coordinate vendor-facing and internal bug reports and change requests.
• Monitor tablet and paper-roll stock levels.
• Report damaged, lost, or stolen tablets to the line manager and finance department and coordinate replacements.
• Maintain vendor relationships, serve as a project point of contact, and report process progress to managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, or an equivalent field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience managing web and mobile consumer projects as a project or technology specialist in an e-commerce company.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills.
• Solution-oriented approach, sense of urgency, pragmatism, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High motivation, strong teamwork, and willingness to learn new tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, and Confluence.
• Experience in a similar delivery or e-commerce organization.
