Technical Manager, GitHub Platform Uplift (DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Lead the GitHub Enterprise platform uplift roadmap, coordinating stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Administer GitHub Enterprise, including repository governance, access controls, security features, migrations, and engineering-team adoption.
• Enhance DevSecOps and CI/CD capabilities through secure automation, governance, and operational-readiness practices.
• Collaborate across engineering, cloud, cyber, and identity teams to drive platform transformation.

Requirements

• Extensive platform engineering experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Strong experience administering GitHub Enterprise and delivering GitHub migrations, onboarding programs, or large-scale adoption initiatives.
• Strong CI/CD engineering expertise with GitHub Actions, automation, and secure delivery practices.
• Practical DevSecOps knowledge covering code security, secrets management, container security, and policy enforcement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Enterprise Managed Users, SAML SSO, or SCIM provisioning.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, GitOps tooling, and cloud-native platform engineering.
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS, APRA CPS 234, or financial-services regulatory environments.
• GitHub, AWS, or Kubernetes certifications.
