What you will do

• Design and implement complex infrastructure projects spanning multiple systems and domains.
• Build self-service platforms, CLIs, and automation tools to eliminate manual work for engineers.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and diagnostic tools to proactively surface issues.
• Partner with engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical platform services.
• Share knowledge through documentation, tech talks, and mentorship.

Requirements

• Strong background in Platform Engineering with solid programming experience in Python and Go.
• Proven track record of building and operating systems at scale.
• Experience supporting large engineering organizations (1000+ engineers).
• Thorough experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proficiency with AWS and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Experience maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines at scale.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bazel or similar monorepo build tools.
• Background in developer tooling and release automation.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into developer workflows.
