Revenue Operations Task Author (AI Training)

Location: Fully remote, open to experienced RevOps and SalesOps professionals in Amsterdam and across the Netherlands

hirify.global is building a dataset of expert tasks for training and evaluating advanced AI agents on realistic enterprise work.

What you will do

• Author realistic revenue operations tasks involving bookings reconciliation, account discrepancies, fulfillment status, and recognized revenue.
• Write precise scoring rubrics that define and verify correct answers.
• Set up realistic task environments using CRM systems, dashboards, email, chat, and other business tools.
• Solve each task to validate its soundness and confirm rubric accuracy.
• Test tasks against AI models and adjust complexity, ambiguity, and workflow steps to calibrate difficulty.
• Review and correct AI-drafted prompts and rubrics when provided.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related function at an industrial or enterprise company.
• Deep familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and the ability to query and interpret account and bookings data.
• Strong understanding of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition concepts.
• Ability to define precise, verifiable correctness criteria.
• Comfort working with business communication tools and dashboards in multi-system workflows.
• Strong written English communication skills and residence in Amsterdam or elsewhere in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience training or evaluating AI tools in a sales or revenue context.
• Background in enterprise B2B environments with complex deal structures.
