Base pay: $222,000–$258,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Support the strategy, design, execution, interpretation, and communication of clinical studies.
• Partner with the Clinical Development Lead and cross-functional teams to advance clinical programs for rare neuromuscular diseases.
• Contribute to clinical development plans, protocol strategy, and study execution.
• Review and interpret clinical data and provide safety oversight.
• Support regulatory deliverables, investigator engagement, and internal and external data presentations.
• Lead complex clinical science workstreams with independence, accountability, and cross-functional influence.

Requirements

• Strong clinical development expertise and scientific judgment.
• Ability to translate emerging clinical data into actionable insights for study conduct and program strategy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across clinical, scientific, regulatory, and other functional teams.
• Patient-focused mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced biotechnology environment.
• Master’s degree or MBA, as indicated in the posting.
