Financial Advisor - First National Bank

Location: Des Moines, Iowa, United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year, plus eligible sales incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Serve First National Bank clients with financial services throughout their financial lives.
• Service an existing book of business upon joining.
• Build and expand a client base through the bank’s referral system and community relationships.
• Identify new clients through the bank’s customer base and branch territories.
• Create investment solutions tailored to client goals without proprietary product restrictions.
• Use hirify.global technology, tools, resources, and investment products to grow the advisory business.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 63 and 65, required.
• Insurance license required.
• Three or more years of investment sales experience.
• Employment is with First National Bank; hirify.global holds the securities and insurance licenses in accordance with regulatory requirements.
