Financial Advisor (Investments)

Location: Shreveport, Louisiana, United States

Salary: $70,000–$150,000 per year, plus eligible sales incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Build and grow a client base through hirify.global’s referral system and existing customer relationships.
• Identify and acquire new clients through the bank’s community presence and client base.
• Develop personalized financial solutions using an open-architecture platform and third-party investment products.
• Support clients and families across different stages of their financial lives.
• Use LPL Financial’s technology, tools, and firm-wide resources to grow the advisory business.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; Series 63/65 may be accepted as applicable.
• Insurance license required.
• At least three years of investment sales experience.
• Employment is with hirify.global; LPL Financial holds the securities and insurance licenses in accordance with regulatory requirements.
