Location: Hartland, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $40,000–$70,000 per year, plus eligible sales incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Build and grow a strong client base through the bank’s referral system and existing client relationships.
• Support individuals and families with financial solutions throughout different stages of their financial lives.
• Develop new client relationships through hirify.global’s customer base and community presence.
• Create client solutions using an open architecture platform without proprietary product restrictions.
• Use LPL Financial’s technology, services, resources, and expertise to expand the investment program.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; Series 63/65 accepted as applicable.
• Insurance license required.
• Three or more years of investment sales experience.
• Employment is with hirify.global; LPL Financial holds the securities and insurance licenses in accordance with regulatory requirements.
