Staff Developer Success Engineer (Cloud-Native)

Location: Remote; must reside in the Western Time Zone

What you will do

• Help developers deploy, manage, and scale hirify.global in cloud-native environments.
• Debug complex infrastructure, performance, availability, and production issues across distributed systems.
• Develop observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Improve networking capabilities, including load balancing, DNS, and ingress/egress.
• Automate infrastructure operations with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Partner with developer, engineering, and product teams to improve platform reliability and developer experience.

Requirements

• 9+ years of development experience with Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience deploying and managing medium- to large-scale architectures using Kubernetes or Docker.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and troubleshooting performance and availability issues.
• At least one year of experience in an internal or external customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working with remote teams.
• Must reside in the Western Time Zone.

Nice to have

• Experience as a professional services consultant, solutions architect, or customer engineer.
• Experience with security certificate management and implementation.
• Ability to translate customer use cases into hirify.global design decisions and architecture best practices.
• Experience with EKS, GKE, OpenTracing, Terraform, Ansible, or CDK.
