TL;DR
Product Analyst (SaaS): Building and enhancing features for a client’s primary SaaS product with an accent on product requirements, user flows, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on writing PRDs and Jira tickets, creating Figma prototypes, analyzing product metrics in Power BI, and guiding features through engineering sprints.

What you will do
- Build new features and enhancements for a client's primary SaaS product.
- Translate stakeholder needs into product requirements, PRDs, user stories, Jira tickets, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and priorities.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Support developers throughout sprints by answering questions, clarifying requirements, attending demos, and reviewing test cases.
- Analyze product usage data and reports in Power BI to guide prioritization and measure feature impact.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and client stakeholders from concept through release.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or in a similar product-focused role, preferably in SaaS.
- Experience writing PRDs and breaking down complex initiatives into structured user stories and tickets.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and ticket tracking.
- Working proficiency in Figma and experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Ability to work directly with engineering teams during standups, refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder-management abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with distributed or fully remote teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
- Background in QA, UX research, or front-end development.
- Experience in consulting or client-services environments.
