Salary: $103,515–$172,525 per year

What you will do

• Build and lead the Advisory & Product Consulting Desk team supporting advisors by phone and email.
• Act as a player coach by handling advisor calls and emails directly when needed.
• Onboard, train, develop, engage, and manage the performance of team members.
• Establish, communicate, and report on team metrics, targets, and accountability.
• Use continuous improvement principles and advisor feedback to enhance operating procedures.
• Partner with department leaders on business strategy and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
• Positive, customer-focused approach and commitment to outstanding service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain financial information to different audiences.
• Interest in developing analytics to measure team effectiveness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses are strongly preferred, with required exams soon after hiring if not already held.
