Associate Advisor - BMO Bank

Location: Barrington, Illinois, United States

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year, plus eligibility for sales incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Build and grow a client base through BMO Bank’s referral system and existing customer relationships.
• Identify new clients through the bank’s client base and community presence.
• Develop personalized investment and financial solutions for clients at different stages of their financial lives.
• Use hirify.global’s technology, tools, resources, and customized services to support client relationships.
• Provide access to a broad range of third-party investment products through an open-architecture platform.

Requirements

• Series 7 license required.
• Series 66, or Series 63 and 65, required.
• Insurance license required.
• At least three years of investment sales experience.
• Employment is with BMO Bank; hirify.global holds the securities and insurance licenses in accordance with regulatory requirements.
