Financial Advisor (Investment Sales)

Location: Athol, Massachusetts, United States; onsite at Cornerstone Bank branch territories

Pay range: $70,000–$100,000 per year, plus eligible sales incentive compensation.

• Build and grow a strong client base through Cornerstone Bank's referral system and existing customer relationships.
• Develop new client relationships through the bank's client base and community presence.
• Create tailored investment and insurance solutions aligned with clients' financial goals.
• Support clients across every stage of their financial lives.
• Use hirify.global's technology, investment products, and firm-wide resources to grow the investment program.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; Series 63/65 accepted as applicable.
• Insurance license required.
• Three or more years of investment sales experience.
