Location: Denver, Colorado, USA; onsite

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually

What you will do

• Build professional networks, identify leads, qualify prospects, and develop new business opportunities.
• Establish and manage relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal resources.
• Conduct risk management surveys, assess insurance coverage needs, and advise prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare new business and renewal proposals, supporting coverage negotiations and presentations.
• Present proposals and educational materials to client decision-makers.
• Review and resolve client disputes involving complex claims.

Requirements

• Valid Producer license in good standing within 90 days of hire.
• College degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of insurance coverage lines.
• Familiarity with agency management systems and applications used in insurance sales.
• Ability to follow agency guidelines, policies, and procedures and meet performance standards.
