Growth Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Philippines; full-time availability during AU business hours.

Salary: AUD 1,700–2,000 per month, with the final amount determined by the client based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns focused on qualified leads, CPL, downstream acquisition costs, and ROI.
• Build and manage GoHighLevel funnels, pipelines, CRM data, and trigger-based automation workflows.
• Create instant lead-response and appointment-booking workflows to improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work.
• Build mobile-responsive landing pages and run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, forms, offers, and user journeys.
• Develop email and SMS nurture sequences, segmentation, and database re-engagement campaigns.
• Create short-form content and perform basic video editing for organic and paid distribution across social platforms.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or full-funnel lead generation.
• Advanced Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager expertise, including campaign optimization and paid acquisition reporting.
• Practical experience building GoHighLevel workflows, automation rules, pipelines, and funnels.
• Strong knowledge of landing page design, copywriting, user psychology, CRO, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for copywriting, ideation, and marketing workflows.
• Exceptional written English and persuasive marketing copywriting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in mortgage broking, lending, personal finance, property, or financial services.
• Experience generating qualified service-business leads in the Australian market.
• Experience with long-cycle nurture funnels, multi-channel attribution, and custom reporting dashboards.
• Basic video editing skills with CapCut or similar tools.
