Performance Creative Strategist (Wellness): Developing high-volume, test-ready paid social ads for supplement and wellness products with an accent on UGC scripting, creator direction, and rapid creative iteration. Focus on generating performance concepts, translating product science into compliant messaging, and optimizing ad variations across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube using performance data.
Location: United States; fully remote
Competitive fixed compensation plus a percentage of ad spend as a performance bonus.

What you will do
- Generate 20 performance creative concepts per week and maintain a steady pipeline of test-ready ideas.
- Translate product benefits and science into compelling UGC scripts.
- Direct UGC creators and manage a Video Editor.
- Monitor trends and competitors across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to develop new creative angles.
- Review footage and edits, deliver final ad variations, and iterate quickly based on performance data.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in DTC performance creative.
- Expertise in hooks, storytelling, UGC direction, and scripting.
- Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok advertising policies.
- Experience creating FTC-compliant messaging.
- Experience with trend tools such as Ads Library and TikTok Creative Center.
- Ability to deliver daily concepts and work with fast turnaround times.
