Content and Social Media Manager

Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Philippines; 100% remote, Monday to Friday during Australian business hours.

Salary: Up to PHP 80,000 per month.

Work with a fast-growing Melbourne-based residential and development architecture studio building a documentary-style content engine around its projects.

What you will do

• Edit long-form documentary-style project episodes using talking-head recordings, scripts, floor plans, sketches, drawings, renders, photographs, and site footage.
• Extract high-quality short-form clips and format content for YouTube-style long-form, 9:16 vertical, and 16:9 horizontal publishing.
• Create thumbnails, captions, titles, hooks, descriptions, graphics, carousels, educational posts, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar, then schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Contribute ideas to monthly content and social media strategy around architecture, construction, planning, feasibility, budgeting, and project processes.
• Review social performance, recommend improvements, and maintain an organized library of footage, completed content, drawings, renders, imagery, and brand assets.

Requirements

• Experience editing both long-form documentary-style video and short-form social content.
• Strong editing judgment in pacing, structure, storytelling, and visual presentation.
• Practical knowledge of social media strategy, platform-specific best practices, scheduling, and publishing.
• Strong written English and the ability to represent an Australian professional-services brand.
• Organized file and folder management habits, with the ability to work independently from direction.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro and/or Descript, plus Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice to have

• Exposure to architecture or design software such as Revit.
• Ability to pull plans, elevations, 3D views, or screen recordings from Revit and turn design-development material into social content.
