What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert across HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub.
• Lead client working sessions, understand operational needs, and translate requirements into practical HubSpot configurations.
• Configure and optimize workflows, automation, forms, lists, dashboards, reports, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
• Support CRM migrations, data cleanup, process standardization, integrations, and user adoption initiatives.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, improve CRM data quality, and identify operational efficiency opportunities.
• Manage priorities across multiple client accounts while collaborating with internal team members and maintaining clear documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with HubSpot, CRM administration, marketing automation, or SaaS consulting and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub.
• Experience building workflows, automation, reporting, forms, lists, pipelines, and lifecycle processes.
• Ability to lead client-facing sessions and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and self-management skills.
• Experience with CRM migrations, SaaS integrations, troubleshooting, or agency and client-services work.

Nice to have

• HubSpot certifications across Marketing, Sales, Service, or Operations Hub.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, AirTable, Zapier, or similar SaaS platforms.
• Experience supporting data cleanup, process standardization, or user adoption initiatives.
