Recruiting Coordinator - Temporary (Hawthorne)

Location: Hawthorne, California, United States; 100% onsite. Remote and hybrid work are not considered.

Salary: $27.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Schedule onsite candidate interviews and coordinate candidate travel.
• Host candidates, provide tours, and manage interview-day logistics.
• Support recruiting teams and talent operations with administrative tasks and special projects.
• Learn about company programs and communicate relevant information to candidates and client groups.
• Help ensure a positive and well-organized candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Professional experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work with urgency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication with senior management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Hawthorne, California and work overtime as needed.

Nice to have

• At least six months of professional experience; internship experience is applicable.
• Recruiting coordinator experience and familiarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic knowledge of personnel policies and employment practices under federal and state laws.
