Quality Control Inspector I - Assembly, Nights B-Shift

What you will do

• Support quality control systems in battery cell production.
• Inspect cells and finished goods to verify compliance with specifications.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate sample cell and manufacturing data.
• Audit defect-prevention processes and report manufacturing deviations.
• Work with Quality Control Inspector II and III and Quality Assurance teams to troubleshoot quality issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of quality control or quality inspection experience.
• At least 1 year of familiarity with quality tools including control charts, FTA, and FMEA.
• Practical experience with materials analysis, testing, and chemical analysis equipment.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, read product data sheets, and verify conformance to specifications.
• Working-level English required; candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States without restriction.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in science or engineering.
• Quality inspection experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience reducing defects in high-volume manufacturing products.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
