Affiliate Manager (LATAM)

Location: Role based in our Uruguay office.

Overview

As the Affiliate Manager for the LATAM region, you will oversee the region and drive success through strategic affiliate partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives. You will report to the Affiliate Commercial Lead.

What you will do

• Search for, attract, and onboard new affiliates for CPA and flat fee models across the LATAM region.
• Optimize current campaigns and manage payouts for accounted affiliates.
• Address acquisition fraud and provide assistance to affiliate partners.
• Participate in internal and international affiliate events.
• Ensure all affiliate marketing activities adhere to guidelines and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a Related Field is preferred.
• A solid background in affiliate marketing within the trading, FX, CFD’s, or related industries (3+ years).
• An ability to find and establish strong relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• FX/Crypto or other financial vertical experience would be a competitive advantage.
