What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using AWS QuickSight to visualize key retail metrics.
• Collect, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business needs.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI reports.
• Perform routine data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
• Assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis tasks and contribute to continuous reporting enhancements, communicating findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in retail, supply chain, or related sectors.
• Practical experience with AWS QuickSight to build insightful dashboards and reports.
• Good understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and dashboard design.
• Basic knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience working in direct store delivery (DSD), retail, or FMCG industries.
• Knowledge of other BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Some exposure to Python or R for data analysis.
• Understanding of inventory management and supply chain operations.
• Ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
