What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using AWS QuickSight to visualize key retail metrics.
- Collect, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business needs.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI reports.
- Perform routine data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
- Assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis tasks and contribute to continuous reporting enhancements, communicating findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in retail, supply chain, or related sectors.
- Practical experience with AWS QuickSight to build insightful dashboards and reports.
- Good understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and dashboard design.
- Basic knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience working in direct store delivery (DSD), retail, or FMCG industries.
- Knowledge of other BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Some exposure to Python or R for data analysis.
- Understanding of inventory management and supply chain operations.
